Cancellation Policy for Salcido Lawn:

At Salcido Lawn, we recognize that circumstances can evolve unexpectedly, and we strive to provide flexibility to our valued customers. However, considering the unique demands of our various projects and the resources invested in planning and preparation, we have established a comprehensive cancellation policy that applies to all our services:

1. Cancellation Timeframes and Refund Structure:

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the scheduled project commencement date will be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid. This refund will exclude any credit card transaction fees that may have been incurred.

  • Cancellations occurring within 14 to 20 days of the scheduled project commencement date will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total project cost. The remaining deposit will be refunded, minus any credit card transaction fees.

  • Cancellations taking place within 7 to 13 days of the scheduled project commencement date will incur a 20% cancellation fee, based on the total project cost. The balance of the deposit will be refunded, minus any credit card transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made within 1 to 6 days of the scheduled project commencement date are non-refundable. In such cases, the entire deposit amount will be forfeited.

2. Credit Card Transaction Fees:

In case credit card transaction fees are incurred during the payment process, these fees will be deducted from the refundable amount in line with the relevant cancellation fee rate.

3. Timely Cancellation Requirement:

All services provided by Salcido Lawn must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in being charged the full price for the scheduled service.

4. Initiating a Cancellation:

To initiate the cancellation process and request a refund, please ensure you contact us a minimum of 21 days before your scheduled project commencement date. We will promptly process your cancellation request and provide clear information about any associated cancellation fees.

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement:

By engaging in any project with Salcido Lawn, you acknowledge and consent to the terms laid out in this cancellation policy, including the 24-hour cancellation requirement. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which enable us to offer exceptional service to all our esteemed customers.
